I’m Danni Duff- an independent, project-based coordinator specializing in hospitality-forward logistics for corporate events, destination retreats, and on-site activations.

My background spans executive support, international travel advising, and experiential event production, with a deep affinity for catering, hotels, and high-touch experiences.

 

Years ago, I was promoted from the front desk to the President’s office at Interbrand, where they created a new role for me after recognizing my instinct for hospitality. From curating executive lunches for global brand leaders to managing the back-of-house flow at large-scale events, I learned that details make the memory.

These days, I plug in where needed: from pre-production planning and travel logistics, to talent wrangling, graphics & deck support, or same-week fill-ins for agencies and producers.
